One-to-one coaching

Benefit from one-to-one coaching where you’ll receive undivided attention and a dedicated thinking partner to support with any topics or challenges you are facing right now. We may identify specific actions for you to take. Or we may discover that a different way of thinking or a change of mindset is the solution. We’ll work together to find the solution during sessions.

You bring the topic and we’ll figure out exactly what you want to change or achieve and what the first steps are. But if you’re just feeling ‘stuck’ and you’re not sure what needs changing, then I can help with that too.

Coaching options

Between sessions, I will be available on email or WhatsApp for any support when a full session isn’t needed. If the need arises, I will introduce tools and techniques during our coaching sessions which you can refer back to at any time in the future. My intention is to provide a supportive coaching environment which will deliver a long-lasting positive impact on your life.

Neurodivergent-inclusive coaching approach

I have a personal interest in working with individuals who have neurodivergent minds, or with caring managers who would like to better support neurodivergent team members. I identify as being autistic and bring with me 25+ years’ experience of working in corporate environments. My career gives me first-hand knowledge of the many of the challenges that neurodivergent employees face in the workplace. Using my lived-experience and coaching knowledge, my intentions are to: 1) generate greater awareness of neurodiversity in organisations; and 2) provide support to ensure that everyone has the conditions in place to perform at their best and demonstrate the high levels of performance that can be achieved.
