I am currently in training with Optimus Coaching Academy, nearing completion of the triple accredited Associate Coaching Diploma. I am working towards getting Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Whilst I am in training, I will provide coaching at a reduced rate to reflect that I am gaining experience. Now is a great opportunity for you to experience the benefits of coaching for the first time.

- Learn how you can use your values to support with decision-making throughout all aspects of your life
- Uncover what aspects of your life that may need attention to live more aligned to your strengths and values
- Includes email/messaging support between sessions
- Sessions can be booked within a 6-month period
These session packages are provided as a suggested framework for coaching conversations. You can choose to use the session times if a different way if you prefer.
Service offerings and prices can be amended or withdrawn with immediate effect at any time.
Once booked, prices are fixed for the duration of that coaching programme.
