Meeting the individual needs of every one of your colleagues is difficult. It’s likely you’ll not know what needs are unmet since many neurodivergent individuals do not disclose their challenges in the workplace.
The consequence of not providing a safe psychological and physiological environment is under-performance and potential burnout. Valued colleagues will leave your organisation. I write this with confidence because I know this to be true. I have over 25 years experience working in companies of all shapes and sizes. I want to share the knowledge and strategies I have learned from my own lived-experiences to reduce the likelihood of this happening in your workplace.

Providing access to individual 1-to-1 can be a valuable and cost-effective employee benefit.
1-to-1 Coach in Residence
My calendar is exclusively available for your organisation one day per month
- Individual 1-to-1 online coaching
- 30-60 minute sessions (up to 5 sessions per day)
- My calendar is open for your employees to book direct
- Book as-and-when required
- No long-term commitment to coaching, ‘book as you go’
- Open to all neurodivergent and neurotypical employees
- Neurodivergent diagnosis is not required
