Getting started

1. Book a Free Call
A discovery call typically lasts 30 minutes and is the opportunity to ask questions and find out if my coaching is a good match for the support you are seeking.

2. Agree Your Programme
Available on a pay-as-you-go basis or a cost-effective block booking of six sessions. You decide what you need right now.

3. Begin Coaching!
You can book sessions directly into my calendar at a time that is most convenient for you. I recommend 2 weeks between each one-to-one coaching session.
