What training is available?

A standard package consists of:

  1. A 60-minute Information Talk to the whole team or organisation
    • Exploring what neurodiversity is
    • Strengths that different ways of thinking bring to an organisation
    • Potential challenges in a workplace environment
    • Practical advise for anyone with a condition
    • Signposting to support available
  2. A 60-minute Workshop for leaders and/or line managers
    • How conditions can impact performance at work
    • Making the recruitment process more inclusive
    • Developing an inclusive and supportive culture
    • Practical advice for line managers of neurodivergent team members
    • Why neurodivergent minds can be great leaders

Every organisation has different needs and may be at different places in their awareness and inclusivity journey. Please do let me know how I can best support you.

How will training benefit the organisation?

Current estimations are that 15-20% of the population are neurodivergent. People with neurodivergent minds have the potential to make a significant positive contribution to your organisation, perhaps through a different way of thinking and problem-solving. Awareness, attitudes and the legacy systems in place in many organisations are holding back neurodivergent minds from being able to realise their potential.
