About

Palmatum Coaching provides one-to-one neuro-affirmative coaching to individuals, workplace coaching and neurodiversity awareness sessions. All coaching is conducted in line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. DBS checked and cleared.

My name is Wayne Timbrell. I am a certified coach and I support clients to achieve outcomes for long-lasting positive impact. I specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals thrive in the workplace, addressing any topics that you feel are holding you back from achieving your full potential.

You’ll benefit from 25+ years’ lived-experience in corporate environments from scale-ups to high street retailers through to multinational organisations. I have more than 15 years experience in team leadership and line management, supporting teams with self-confidence, personal development and career ambitions.

The role of the coach is to help you find the path forward that best works for you, not to provide advice or mentoring. However, I am happy to share my experiences and include mentoring with your permission and if it can help with our conversations. My lived-experiences include:

  • Building a high performing team
  • Developing working relationships as a natural introvert
  • Thriving with neurodivergent conditions in the workplace
  • Managing anxiety
  • Creating the right work/life balance

Neurodivergent-inclusive coaching

Booking a call with someone you have never met before is a big step. I know.

But if you think that coaching may help you, then get in touch with me in a different way first. I’m happy for you to contact me by sending me a text, WhatsApp or email first. I’ll get back to you within 48 hours, and will aim to reply sooner. You can ask me any questions about coaching. There’s no obligation to have a follow-up call.

My preference is to have a video call with cameras on. It enables us you to ask as many questions as you like with no delay waiting for replies. But, if you prefer to speak with cameras off, then that’s ok. We can briefly say hello, then turn cameras off for the rest of the call. If you are ok with keeping cameras on, then there’s no requirement to be looking at the screen or camera to maintain eye contact. I tend to do a lot of my thinking while looking away from a screen. If you have any other adjustments that you would like me to make for the first call, then please do let me know. The meeting length for a discovery call is 1 hour long, to allow plenty of time for any questions, but the call can be as short as 20-30 minutes. Read more about what a discovery call is and a suggested agenda listing the topics that we usually talk about.
