You want every one of your colleagues to thrive in the workplace. You want to provide the optimum environment and the psychological safety to allow everyone to perform at their best. Performing at a high level is more rewarding and fulfilling for the individual and benefits the organisation in many ways.
Meeting the individual needs of every one of your colleagues is difficult. It’s likely you’ll not know what needs are unmet since many neurodivergent individuals do not disclose their challenges in the workplace.
The consequence of not providing a safe psychological and physiological environment is under-performance and potential burnout. Valued colleagues will leave your organisation. I write this with confidence because I know this to be true. I have over 25 years experience working in companies of all shapes and sizes. I want to share the knowledge and strategies I have learned from my own lived-experiences to reduce the likelihood of this happening in your workplace.

1-to-1 Coach in Residence
One day per month, my calendar open for 60 minute sessions
- Individual 1-to-1 coaching
- 60-minute sessions
- My calendar is open for your employees to book direct
- Book as-and-when required
- No long-term commitment to coaching, ‘book as you go’
- Open to neurodivergent and neurotypical employees
- Neurodivergent diagnosis is not required
1-to-1 Coaching
Individuals (6 x 60-minute sessions)
- Strengths-based coaching
- Discuss suspected or diagnosed conditions in a confidential environment
- Forward-looking sessions
- Address specific challenges in the workplace
