Public Speaking

Increasing the visibility of neurodiversity

15-20% of the population have a neurodivergent condition. Most employees choose not to disclose their condition in the workplace.

Giving time and space for education relating to neurodiversity will increase understanding among your workforce, can lead to the development of a more neuro-inclusive culture and may create psychological safety for your neurodivergent colleagues to speak up. You may see more engagement from your employees which could reduce turnover. Saving recruitment financial and time costs.
