Palmatum Coaching provides one-to-one coaching. All coaching is conducted in line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.

My name is Wayne Timbrell. I am in training with Optimus Coach Academy to become an ICF-accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC). I use a flexible framework to support clients achieve their desired outcomes for long-lasting positive impact. While I continue to train and gain coaching experience, I am pleased to offer my services at reduced prices.

I bring to coaching over 25 years experience working in a range of corporate environments from scale-ups to high street retailers through to multinational organisations. I have more than 15 years experience in team leadership and line management, supporting my teams with their self-confidence, development and personal growth ambitions.

Throughout my career, the moments that have made me most proud have been when team members thanked me for the support I provided. I now want to dedicate more of my time to supporting others.

The role of the coach is to support you, not to provide advice or mentoring. Therefore, I don’t necessarily need to have already walked in your shoes in order to be able to provide you with valuable support. However, I am happy to share my experiences and include mentoring with your permission and if it can help with our conversations. I have lived-experiences relating to these topics:
