Neurodiversity in Care 2026 online conference

It was a pleasure to present as a guest speaker at the Neurodiversity in Care online conference on 12 May 2026. The social care sector plays a vital role in society, so it was particularly rewarding for me to play a role in supporting those who work in this space.

My talk included sharing some of my own lived-experiences to help with real-life understanding, how having a neurodivergent condition is not a barrier to having a successful and rewarding corporate career, highlighting the importance of psychological safety in the workplace and sharing practical actions that employers can take away with them to implement in their own organisation.

Thank you to Sophie Chester-Glyn at CoProduce Care for inviting me and for facilitating the conference alongside my fellow speakers Laura Watts (Kind Tailored Care) and Samantha Mulondiwa (Dominion HR).

I am available to speak at conferences, and provide neurodiversity training for your organisation or team. I also provide workplace coaching, working 1-to-1 with individuals at all levels of experience and seniority. No formal diagnosis is required to work with me. 15-20% of the population have a neurodivergent condition, so it’s vital that your workforce are equipped to understand the benefits of being a neurodiverse and neuro-inclusive organisation.
